Openreach has confirmed they are seeing significantly higher demand in relation to new line provision requests, which is expected to continue into 2021 and in certain areas where appointments are beyond the normal availability. As a result, they expect to see delays with new telephone installations, and in some cases, they are unable to keep appointments due to lack of resources on the day
