OUR PAYMENT METHODS
We offer a number of different payment methods, some are subject to exceptance and credit check.
We use Sage Pay to collect and process all payment transaction information; we do not store any transactions or card information locally. Payments can be made on both Sterling and Euros. Please click here for our security policy
DIRECT DEBIT - UK and SPAIN
Our Direct Debit's are collected by GoCardlesswhich are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Authorised Payment Institution. Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee. Direct Debits are setup directly via our website or by email. No more filling out DD mandates and posting them back. Paying via Direct Debit is subject to status and or credit check. We also now offer Our Direct Debit service to Spanish based customers. Please contact customer services for more information.
You can then make a transfer from your bank account. We take both Sterling and Euros. This payment method is accepted subject to our terms and conditions and credit check. Bank Transfer fees are paid by you in all cases. Business Account form here
PAYPAL - RIPDialer and Mivmo accounts only
This payment method is use only for RIPDialer and Mivmo services that are billed to you on a pre-paid basis. You can use PayPal to credit your RIPDialer or Mivmo App other than using the in App PayPal gateway. This is then applied to your account. Credit levels can be checked within the App.
Making a Prepayment by card - Wholesale accounts
Eligible customers* as a way of adding emergency credit can make a card payment in sterling only, we will then do a currency conversion if your account is not in sterling. To reflect the increased cost, card pre-payments will be charged at GBP 7.50 or EUR 9.00 as appropriate. Payments will be for exactly the minimum prepayment amount (i.e. GBP 250, EUR 300) plus the fee, and are not variable - to prepay more please use a bank transfer.
As with the ability to pay invoices by card, your card details are never processed or stored on Simple Telecoms systems or network.
Payment Information - Wholesale service
With the exception of Inbound DDI rental and some Managed Services we work exclusively on a prepayment basis for wholesale services by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts. We do not take Western Union or PayPal payments as a wholesale provider the cost of doing so would be prohibitive. In addition, payments must come from the company that we have an agreement with; we do not allow payments to be made via third parties.
Accounts will be set-up in one of two currencies: British Pound (GBP) or Euro (EUR). Once you have chosen the currency you wish to work in, all future billing and payments will be in that currency - billing currency cannot be changed once an account has been created.
