Returns and Refunds


You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Under the new Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations October 2000 you have the unconditional right to cancel an order. The law says that:

You must inform us within seven (7) working days starting with the day on which they are delivered.

You must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them.

We must refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel and the good returned

We normally refund within 7 days of Telly Connect getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.

All goods returned remain your responsibility until signed for by ourselves. You are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

Will only accept products that are in a "Resellable Condition". Products must be returned to us with all items included in the original sale including manuals, cables, disks and any free software items. Any goods returned for credit or replacement must be in original product packaging in a suitable condition - no writing or stickers on the manufacturers box and packed securely inside an outer box. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, or missing documentation or remotes.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
