It takes around 14 working days to have your new landline telephone connection installed, depending on how busy the BT engineers are. So you can now have a number to make it easier for people to remember. These numbers are available for both Business and residential use. Gold and Silver number must be purchased at the time of placing the order for a new line, and connect be done once the order has been sent to BT.
